Sealed seals SMB events — harvest records (USDA Rule 205), restaurant supplier-to-plate chains (FSMA Rule 204), and SMB transactions (SEC 17a-4) — with SHA-256 + Ed25519 + post-quantum ML-DSA-87 signatures, anchored on the Base L2 public blockchain. Customers, regulators, and chargeback arbitrators verify each record by scanning a QR or opening a public verifier URL — independently, without needing to trust Sealed.
