Service

Sealed is a subscription software service operated by EpochCore LLC, a North Carolina limited-liability company. We seal events you submit, anchor them on the Base L2 public blockchain, and host a verifier page that resolves a public sealed-receipt URL to a proof page.

Billing & cancellation

• Monthly subscription. Billed monthly, no annual commitment. Cancel any month via written notice (email to billing@seal.epochpay.today).
• Free trial. 60-day pilot at no cost; no credit card required during the pilot window.
• Overage. Shop tier overages bill at $0.10 per sealed event beyond plan, charged to the payment method on file.

Your data

You retain ownership of the event payloads you seal with us. Sealed receives a license to process and seal them solely to operate the service. See /privacy for collection and retention details; see /security for what happens to your records if we cease operations.

Warranty & liability

• Service warranty. Sealed operates the service in accordance with the security and SLA narratives at /security and represents that the cryptographic claims there are accurate as of the last-updated date. No warranty beyond that.
• E&O coverage. Errors-and-omissions insurance of $1,000,000 per claim; our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• No consequential damages. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, your records remain independently verifiable on Base L2; we provide a complete data export for 30 days. After 30 days the live mirror of your sealed events is removed from our hot storage (chain anchors persist).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes are announced via email to the address on your subscription and via our changelog (forthcoming).
